Tyler's warm chowder mmmmm

1 medium onion
1 head of cauliflower
6 corn cobs
1 stalk of leek
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cream
2 large boxes of swanson all natural chicken broth
1 can of cream of corn
optional red bliss potatoes
optional spicy red jalapeno
3 chicken breasts
olive oil
white pepper
onion powder
garlic salt


Dying is not good. I'll put the recipe together for you. I start by sauteing “1. medium” onion & “1. tsp.” Pepper & “1. tsp.” salt & “½ stick” a butter, some good olive oil also “2. tbl. spoons”, not the cheap canola oil. “Hello”. Take some good quality all natural chicken stock “11/2 large boxes” about a half gallon; oh I didn't add chicken to the last chowder, but you should saute it with the onions till its cooked all the way through “3. large breasts or equivalent”. Add chicken stock and a little water “2. cups” then add more butter and cut up cauliflower into medium pieces “1. head” and “6 cobs” corn, real corn and some cream of corn not a lot though maybe one can. Boil corn separately so you can strip kernels. Add corn to boiling soup. Let cauliflower & all other ingredients boil till soft and mash-able. Add other vegetables to end of boil so as not to allow them to cook off and disappear into the soup of despair. “DUH”. Use any vegetable that doesn’t take away from the lovely corn taste, possibly a large “½ a” leek, which is a large green onion. Miss, you could maybe use hot or sweet peppers with some color. “God that would look amazing with some bits of small spicy red peppers”. Also keep it simple “you the master chef” doesn’t want to take away from the magnificent corn taste. Add some spices like Rick James “bitches” example white pepper, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, and other similar stuff. Don't forget to boil the cauliflower till mash-able, not exactly the corn. Corn doesn’t need to be mashed.
When your done mashing cauliflower “and cursing at the stove” stir it in the soup as thickening agent which will also absorb the stock. This is how you thicken the stock with-out flour. “yea!! flour is for beer and other unmentionables”. Oh sorry forgot to say, add maybe “1. cup” of heavy cream and “1. cup” of milk when the concoction is boiling. No need to simmer “simmering is for pansies” just let stand for “1. hr” stirring occasionally to let flavors meld together. Serve just above room temp maybe warm. If its a 100 degrees outside this is a good dish to serve cold. Tyler's cold bad attitude corn chowder. It's got lowered Calories due in fact to the lack of flour. Also, don't forget to serve with a pompous attitude like your chowder is the best ever made! “Hey” don't forget that if you want to increase the flavor you could add “5. medium” red bliss potatoes and mash those into the soup also, but this would bring your healthy low Calorie soup back to a high carb heavy hitter!
