Pumpkin Zucchini Bread

1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
15 oz can pure pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp baking powder
3 cups flour
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves


1. Cream together the butter and sugar, add eggs 1 at a time until well incorporated.
2. Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, zucchini, and pumpkin, mix until combined.
3. Add baking soda, baking powder, and flour, mix until fluffy.
4. Pour in a 9 x 11 baking pan or equivalent and bake at 350 degrees F until done.

Serve with whipped cream cheese or butter.
