Suddenly Slim Lemon-Pepper Tilapia

Very simple and quick dinner entree, legal for those on the Suddenly Slim Weight Loss program

Ingredients

5-6 Tilapia fillets
3 tbsp melted butter
1/8 cup lemon juice
dill weed
rosemary
thyme
lemon pepper
Old Bay

Method

Set oven on HI Broil. Arrange tilapia fillets in glass baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice, dill weed, rosemary, thyme, lemon pepper. Pour over fillets. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Place in oven for about 20-25 minutes or until done to your liking.

I usually serve with brown rice and Bird's Eye Steamfresh vegetables. Dinner is done in no time with little effort.

Measurements here are just guestimates because I don't really measure any of it...
