Fresh Tomato Salsa

12 fresh tomatoes from the garden, chopped
4 - 6 jalapeno peppers, stems removed and minced
2 sweet yellow onions, peeled and chopped
2 banana peppers, stemmed and chopped
2 limes, juiced
2 bunches cilantro, stemmed qnd chopped


combine all ingredients and fold together. Add salt to taste.

Serve fresh. Store in refrigerator. Leftovers may be used as a starter in soups, stews, chili, or blended and mixed with vodka as a bloody mary.

For best results use a wide variety of tomatoes (golden yellow, orange, red, striped)
