Hash Brown Quiche

3 cups shreadded Hash browns
1/3 Cup butter
1 C. diced ham (could use sausage, bacon or no meat)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 green pepper

1/2 C of Milk


take frozen hash browns, thaw out and press out on paper towel the water and press the hash browns into the bottom of 9 inch pie plate and bake 425 for 25 minutes. Combine hame, cheese and pepper and spoon over crust. In small bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper pour over all ingred. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 25 more minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before you cut and serve.
