Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 lb tomatoes, diced
12 oz penne
3 cloves garalic, minced
1 Tbs fresh oregano, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
4 oz feta, crumbled
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and place into a serving bowl.
Toss together tomatoes, garlic, oregano, feta, and parsley.
Fold tomato mixture into the pasta and serve.
