Hash Brown Casserole

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 pkg (2 lb) frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
1 can french fried onion rings


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 3 qt crock pot. Bake on high 4-6 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
