Cheese fondue

cheese: swiss, asiago, gruyere, cheddar, parmesan, or others as you like
pint of heavy cream
half stick butter
2T cornstarch, stirred into
one beer
1/2C wine (optional)
paprika, tarragon, garlic (sauteed), mustard, pepper, light salt.
2 sticks celery, diced fine, 1/2 onion same.


Saute the garlic & celery & onion hot in the butter.
Add everything else & warm slowly over low heat.
