2 medium eggs
Chilli powder (as much as you like)
2 pieces of wholegrain bread
. Beat eggs and add to pan over a medium heat
. Sprinkle generous amounts of Chilli powder and season with salt
- ( for those who dont like spice this dish will never be very hot as the eggs will counteract the spice, the chilli just gives it a distinct flavour without any extra heat) -
. Meanwhile toast bread
. Beat eggs in pan until fully scrambled but still soft.
. Serve on wholegrain toast.
