Easy Meatballs

1.5-2 lbs lean ground beef
2 tsp "better than bouillon" beef stock paste
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs or quick oats
1/2 an onion grated
tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 350degrees.

Mix ingredients in bowl. Roll into meatballs, place on baking tray lined with parchment paper or sprayed with Pam so meatballs don't stick.

Cook for appx. 20 mins on 350 until meatballs no longer pink in middle. Put into your favorite spaghetti sauce!

Ground turkey can be substituted for beef, OMIT onion, and use "better than bouillon" chicken stock paste.
