Pizza from scratch

Giada's pizza dough recipe on, which makes 3 12-inch pizzas. I used a pizza stone at 450 degrees for 15 min.

One small jar of pizza sauce was good for 3 pizzas, and 16 oz mozz. Use whatever other ingr. you want.


Make sure you use a lot of corn meal on the sheet you use to assemble the pizza, and on the pizza stone.

roll the dough on a floured surface (not by hand- it will tear). transfer to cookie sheet.
