Tomato, Artichoke and Cheese bites

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 loaf Focaccia, Cibatta bread or Ciabatta rolls
2-3 fresh tomatoes, sliced thin
1 can (15 oz) artichoke hearts, quartered
8 oz shredded Mozzarella


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Slice bread through the center. Arrange sliced tomatoes and artichokes on the bread halves. Sprinkle with cheeses. Place in oven 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve cut into triangles
