BEEF STIR FRY

Ingredients

2 bags White or Brown Rice
¾ pound boneless tender beef, cut into thin strips
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
1 package (16 oz) frozen vegetables for stir fry
1 cup Lucky Seven Stir Fry Sauce
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

Method

Prepare Rice according to package directions; keep warm. Meanwhile, combine meat, cornstarch, and soy sauce; let stand for 10 minutes, Stir-fry meat in 1 tablespoons hot oil in wok or large skillet over high heat 2 minutes; remove. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same pan. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 minutes. Combine Lucky seven sauce and red pepper; pour mixture over vegetables. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in meat to combine. Serve over rice
