TACO NOODLE BAKE

Ingredients

1 package (16 oz.) Home style Frozen Noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large chopped onion
¾ cup water
1 packet dry taco seasoning mix
8 ounces Mexican style processed cheese, cut into 1" squares
1 jar (16 oz.) chunky salsa
sliced, pitted black olives
tortilla chips
tomato wedges

Method

In large pot, cook noodles according to directions. Drain noodles and set aside. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until the meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir water and taco seasoning into the ground beef mixture, cover. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer for one minute. Stir. Add noodles, corn, cheese and salsa to beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through. Serve with tortilla chips, tomato wedges and black olives.
