1 flank steak
4 big carrots
2 med onions
two handfulls green beans
2T olive oil
salt, pepper, 1t marjoram, 1T balsamic
2t boullion (or 2 pints beef broth)
Dice the steak and cook in frying pan in olive oil with salt & pepper for a long time on med heat: going for glutamate here.
Do two batches if needful: don't want it boiling.
Chop everything else & put it all in crock pot on high.
Thicken 2 pints of broth+ 2 t cornstarch in the sautee pan & pour it in
