Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
17.5g chicken (dark meat)
10g coconut oil (I use refined because it does not taste or smell like coconut)
20g chicken broth
50g miracle noodles
dice veggies and saute in butter and coconut oil. Once they are soft add chicken and broth add water until it covers veggies and chicken simmer until carrots are tender but not soggy. Meanwhile weigh out and rinse the noodles par boil for 3 min, strain and dry add to chicken soup. Serve with fat and fruit that will fit for your ratio.
