Artichoke Dip

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 can artichoke hearts, unmarinated
1 can (4 oz) green chiles, chopped
1 c mayonaise
1 c parmessan cheese


Drain artichoke hearts and break apart into oven-proof baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh bread.
