Sunburst Tangerine Salsa

A festive Salsa featuring "Always Fresh" Sunburst Tangerines for serving with our grilled chicken, fish or just a bowl of tortilla chips.

Ingredients

3 "Always Fresh" Sunburst Tangerines, peeled, sectioned and chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 seeded and chopped Jalapeno (more if you'd like it hotter)
1/2 medium Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. Lime juice
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed Red Pepper flakes

Method

In a small bowl combine tangerines, bell peppers, garlic, jalapeno, cucumber, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Cover and chill 30 minutes to blend all flavors and serve.
