3 stalks rhubarb
2-3 medium onions
2 cloves garlic
1 small pumpkin/ patty pan or other squash
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs. butter
3 duck thighs
sweat onions, and garlic in butter till soft. Add squash, and rhubarb cook for 5 min. add remaining ingredients cook util rhubarb breaks down.
In a separate pan melt butter add rosemary let simmer for a few minutes. Bring up heat and saute duck flipping sides until done.
Top duck with compote.
