Spinach and Artichoke Casserole

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


- 2 (10oz) packages of frozen spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 5 eggs, beaten
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ t. crushed garlic
- ½ t. savory
- ½ t. thyme
- 1 small onion, grated
- ½ c. chopped parsley
- 1 ½ c. grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese


Cook and drain spinach. Drain artichoke hearts. Arrange artichokes hearts in the bottom os a square glass casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Mix the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Pour over artichokes. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
