Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 can (15 oz) artichoke hearts, drained andfinely chopped
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c shredded mozarella cheese
1/2 c grated parmessan cheese
3/4 c Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Dash nutmeg
Fresh ground pepper


preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, combine cheeses, yogurt, lemon, and seasonings. Mix well. Blend in artichoke hearts and garlic. Fold in spinach.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 X 8 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers, pita chips, or toasted rounds of italian bread.
