Beer Burgers

Moist tasty Hamburgers, best BBQed

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg
1 sm onion minced fine
2 cloves garlic minced fine
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup beer


-Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until mixed well.
-Form in hamburger patties
-Cook on a preheated bbq grill until done to your desire.

*I double this recipe and freeze some patties for a later bbq burger.
*Also using half lean and half medium ground beef adds to a moist burger
*I also like to baste the burgers on the bbq while cooking with your favorite bbq sauce.

**Great made slightly large and served on a nice soft bun not the normal store bought hamburger small bun, with all the fixings. Only recipe I use now for my families homemade burgers which they all prefer. Origin of recipe I am not sure of.
