St. Peter's Fish (Tilapia) Oreganata

Ingredients

10 oz Tilapia (St. Peter's Fish) filet
1/2 c dry white wine
1/4 stick butter, melted
1/4 c chicken stock
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c seasoned breadcrumbs
Dash paprika, salt & pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine all ingredients except for the breadcrumbs in a small baking dish. Add the fish and sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper on top, and then bake for 10 minutes.

Remove fish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, put back in the over for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
