Method

Laura Manson oh gosh Linda... In a large kettle, its chopped up potatoes (prob 4 or 5 good size more if small), and chopped onions with just enough water to cover boil until the potatoes are soft and I salt and pepper them so the salt cooks into the potato.... when done reduce heat to low add a can of whole kernel corn, and a can of creamed corn, one stick of butter chopped up add milk while the temp is down on the rest of it.... let simmer a few hours stir occasionally... even better if you can set it on the back of a wood stove in a cast iron kettle...
