1 lb Bread Dough (see my recipe or buy 1lb of dough from your local pizza parlor)
3-5 Tbs Chopped Hot Cherry Peppers (to taste)
1 Clove Garlic (Chopped)
1 small can chopped mushroom
6 oz tomato sauce
1 stick pepperoni (chopped in food processor)
1 small can chopped olives
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 strips Bacon (chopped)
Roll out or the dough until it is long and narrow (about 14" x 8").
(You may have enough for two loaves this size.)
Brush with tomato sauce.
Chop all ingredients.
Spread a layer of each ingredient over the dough (hot peppers, pepperon, garlic, olives, mushrooms).
Roll up the dough so that you have a long loaf.
Brush top with a little olive oil.
Put the dough on a baking tray or a pizza stone.
Bake at 425 about 25-30 minutes until light brown.
