Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

370 gm dark chocolate, chopped
370 gm butter
6 eggs
2.5 cups caster sugar
1.5 cups plain flour, sifted
1 cup cocoa, sifted
1 cup white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Method

Preheat oven to 180C

Melt the dark chocolate together with the butter over a bain-marie and set aside to cool for 10 minutes

Whisk the eggs and sugar together until thick

Fold the melted chocolate/butter mixture into the eggs

Fold in the flour and cocoa

Fold in nuts and white/milk chocolates

Pour into a lamington tin lined with baking paper

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180C

Cool/chill in tin, turn out and cut into squares

Warm to serve with vanilla icecream
