Meringue Cookies

Serves: 5 dozen cookies


3 Egg whites
1/3 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup choc chips


Beat egg whites at high speed until they form soft peaks. Gradually add sugar. Continue beating until meringue is smooth. Add vanilla and fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 250.
