Barley Avocado Salad

1 avocado
1 cup cooked barley
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
1 tbsp chopped basil leaves
1 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
fresh pepper to taste


mix together avocado, barley, tomatoes, herbs and red onion.
Mix rest for dressing.
