Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1lb linguine pasta
20oz tomatoes sauce
8oz mozzarella fresh
6oz parmesan cheese
2oz fresh basil
salt & pepper
In a sauté pan add the tomatoes sauce, some cream, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese cook and stir until the cheese is melted, add fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper. On the side, in a large kettle bring 4 quarts water with 1 tablespoon salt to boiling.
Add the linguine pasta; return to boiling.
Boil, uncovered and stirring occasionally, until PASTA IS AL DENTE. This won't take long, check after 2 minutes. Drain the pasta well and toss with the sauce, you can garnish the plate with fresh basil leaves.
