Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 c Earth Balance
1 c corn syrup (sorry, I didn't say it was healthy...just vegan!)
2 c sugar
2 c milk (I've used almond, soy and a mix. good every time)
1 t vanilla
In large saucepot, combine everything except the vanilla. Stir. Heat to 240 stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Cool. Cut."
