1 puff pastry crust
200 g smoked salmon
4 green onions, chopped
4 large eggs
200ml half and half ( half milk, half cream)
½ t salt
pepper to taste
½ t chopped fresh dill
100 g soft goat cheese
Spread pastry on the bottom of a pie pan.
Put half the onion and half the salmon and all the cheese on the crust.
Finish with the second half of onion and salmon.
Beat eggs, add half and half, salt, pepper and dill.
Pour over the salmon mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 40 to 50 minutes.
