1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce- Chunky with Sweet Peppers
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1/3 cup soya sauce
Ribs of choice.... pork side ribs
Boil ribs in large pot with garlic cloves, pepper corns and a bay leaf for 1/2 hour.
Mix the chili sauce, honey, mustard and soya in a bowl. Marinade the cooke ribs for 24 hours in the sauce.
Barbeque over charcoal with mesquite chips for optimum flavour.
