Fruit Smoothie

125 g fruit 1, frozen
125 g fruit 2
300 g yogurt
200 mL milk
splash vanilla extract
sugar to taste


1. Add all ingredients to blender (add the non-frozen fruit first)
2. Blend on "smoothie" setting (1-2 settings below "ice") 10-20 seconds
3. Taste
4. If necessary, add sugar and remix on "mix" or "blend"

Fruit I've successfully used:
strawberries (fresh, frozen)
blackberries (fresh, frozen)
blueberries (fresh, frozen)
banana (fresh, frozen)
peach (fresh, canned, frozen)
pineapple (canned)
mandarin oranges (fresh, canned)

I'm sure if you want, you can add a third fruit in there and just increase the yogurt and milk to 450g and 300 mL, respectively. I would recommend not using all frozen fruit, or you'll find the mixture too thick to blend properly. Yes, you can use fruit yogurt; I just get whatever's on sale.
