Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 Boxes Fresh Strawberries
800g Soft Cheese (Philadelphia)
200g Icing sugar sifted
Touch vanilla essence
1 pkt digestive biscuits crumbed
75g melted butter
Crumb the biscuits and meanwhile melt the butter.
Add the crumbs to the butter. In a 7' or 8' tin is perfect. Line the base with the biscuits and put into fridge so the biscuits will get firm.
Add the soft cheese, icing sugar, vanilla essence into a bowl and stir.
Cut to boxes of strawberries into very tiny dices and mix with the soft cheese mixture.
Keep on box of the strawberries to decorate the cheese cake.
