* Brie cheese (3/4 lb. should be plenty)
* Chutney (I used Major Grey's Mango Chutney, the kind with cane sugar, not High Fructose Corn Syrup)
Spread each baguette slice with some brie and a 1-2 teaspoons of chutney.
