Shrimp and Fennel Salad

1 pound cooked Florida royal red shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fennel, chopped fine
2 tablespoons fresh Florida dill, chopped
1 tablespoon Florida lime juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Florida lime peel, finely shredded
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


Chop shrimp into bite-size pieces. Combine shrimp and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Chill for 2 hours or longer. Serve on salad greens.
