Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 Boxed Mont D'or (approximately 400g)
1 Garlic Clove
100ml White Wine
1) Wrap the boxed cheese in foil, place ona tray, in the middle of the oven at 190*c for about 20 minutes.
2) Remove from oven and carefully cut out a large circle around the crust and lift, peeling it back to reveal the molten cheese.
3) Finally Swirl in 100ml of white wine.
Serve with fresh artisan bread, cured meats and steamed potatoes
