Ingredients

1/4 cup Mexican chili powder
1/4 cup Ancho Chili powder
1/4 cup Chipolte Chili powder
1/3 cup corn starch (more or less depending on your dietary needs)
1/4 cup sea salt (reduce to 1/8 cup for low-sodium version)
2 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried leaf oregano (Mexican preferred)
2 tablespoons ground cumin (Roasted preferred)
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 packets Truvia sweetener

Method

Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until well combined. Store in airtight container.

Add 1/4 cup seasoning mix and toss to coat a lb of browned ground beef (to make tacos). Add 1/2 cup water, stir to combine. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered until mixture thickens, approx. 5-10 min. Also works for slow cooking a brisket to make 'ropa vieja', a wonderfull spicy beef.
