Creole Beef Veggie Stew

Ingredients

1.5 lbs. Ground Chuck Beef
1 whole white onion sliced large pieces
Mixed Veggies (4 small cans/2 large cans)
Celery-1 whole head
Petite Diced Tomatoes (1 large can)
1 box Beef Broth
1 box Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup flour
3/4 Cooking oil (optional)
1/4 Cup Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
1/4 Cup Salt
2 Tbspns pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 dash parsley flakes

Method

Chop all vegetable ingredients as directed and mix with all other ingredients in large stew pot, Let warm on medium heat

Brown beef, and add that with beef liquid/fat into other ingredients in stew pot. Let continue to cook on medium for 45 + minutes.

Additional seasoning to taste.
