Spinach Patties

Ingredients

2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach. (Thawed, drained, squeezed out)
1/4 cup frozen, chopped onion (optional)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tea powdered garlic
1/2 cup or so Italian bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying

Method

Mix all ingredients together, adding the breadcrumbs last. You may need more or less crumbs. The mixture should stick together without being too gooey or too dry.

Heat up about 1/2 inch of oil or so until a small piece of the mixture sizzles when you put it in the oil.

Form patties or balls with the mixture and fry until cooked.
