Broiled parmesan potatoes

Ingredients

Russet potatoes
butter
Lawry's seasoning salt - or seasoning of your choice
grated parmesan cheese - I used the green bottle

Method

Wash and pierce the potato all over with a fork, cook in the microwave until the potato is soft all the way through - about 6-7 minutes total, flipping halfway through.

Cut the potato in half, then cut each half into squares - do not cut all the way through just down to the skin. Season with butter, parmesan cheese and seasoning salt. Then place on baking sheet under the broiler for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

I used leftover baked potatoes instead of cooking then. I also use my Corruption seasoning as always - best seasoning ever!
