Eggless ceasar dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
juice from 2 lemons
1 1/4 cups olive oil
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 tube anchovy paste
1 TBL dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 TBL finely grated parmesan

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth
