Greek Salad

Dried Greek oregano is available at good deli's and is best for this recipe.

Serves: 6-8


the ingredients:

2 Cups washed and torn iceberg lettuce
1 red capsicum deseeded and chopped
1 red onion, roughly chopped
4 large ripe tomatoes quartered
200g block feta cheese cut into cubes
1/4 cup black olives pitted and halved
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 small garlic clove crushed


the fun:

Mix dressing ingredients together in a clean screw top jar.
Combine lettuce, capsicum, red onion, feta cheese and olives in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
