Ginger Juice

Ingredients

5 to 7 Hands of Ginger Root
2 Limes
5 Tbls. of Cane Juice
7 Grinds of Peppercorn
1 can of Dole Pineapple Juice (not from concentrate)
Water to Blend

Method

Cut Ginger in pieces and fill blender 3/4 full
Add two whole Limes (cut off peeling)
Add 7 Grinds of Peppercorn
Add 5 Tbls. of Cane Juice
Fill Blender 3/4 full with Water and Blend
Add water if necessary....1/4 cup or so
You will need cheesecloth or fine strainer to strain out the juices after blending.
Add mixture to a 1 Gallon Container
Add Dole Pineapple Juice and Stir...Refridgerate for One Hour and Serve
