1/2 ginger wedge
1 stalk of celery
salt and black pepper
1. Put all ingredients into blender, process untill smooth.
2. Return to saucepan, add in cooking cream and watch out for consistency.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve warm and garnish with chopped parsley.
