3 TBL FLAX SEEDS
3 TBL FLAX MEAL
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP COCOA (UNSWEETENED, POWDERED)
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP COCONUT OIL
2 PACKET STEVIA
1 EGG , (beaten)
Mix all ingredients, except egg in a LARGE coffee cup. Then mix in beaten egg.
Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave, donâ€™t let it dry out!!
Muffin will puff up, look like a giant bran muffin and tastes like a Cinnamon muffin with lots of small crunchy flax seeds. This muffin is for energy, anti-oxidants, balancing blood sugar, omega 3 and protein. It definitely gives you energy, makes you feel full and less hungry.
