Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1tbsp cooking oil
2tsp chopped garlic
100g halved fish balls
1 stalk of celery
100g shelled & deveined shrimps
1/2 cup water
4-5tbsp black pepper sauce
1tsp black soya sauce
1cup bean sprouts
300g yellow noodles
1. Heat oil and saute garlic until aromatic, stir in Ingredient A and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add in Ingredient B and heat until liquid starts to simmer.
3. Toss in noodles, and bean sprout.
4. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
