Buttermilk Mac'nCheese

6 eggs
3 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
about 10 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (about 2/3 of a 12 oz box)


Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cheese, buttermilk, butter and salt. Add macaroni, toss to coat.

put mixture into a greased 13 x 9 in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
