Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1/2 pound of Fresh Morels
3 cloves of fresh garlic
1/2 cup butter
Wash the morels and trim off any old parts. Starting at the tip of the morel slice sideways in 1/4 inch slices and include the stem. In a sauce pan melt the butter on medium heat and add the garlic. Then add the slices of morels and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. When done place the sauce on top of your steak, chicken or toss in fresh pasta.
