Creola's Yogurt Cheese

Ingredients

600ml H2O
8 TBSP powdered milk
4 tsp Live yogurt culture
2 tsp salt
1 to 2 tsp EVOO

Method

Add H2O, Milk, and live culture to a watertight jar and shake well

Let sit in a warm environment for 24 hours

Add salt and shake well

Let sit in a warm environment for 24 hours

Pour into cheese cloth to strain and add weight to press H2O out of yogurt

Scrape cheese out of cloth and put in a jar with EVOO and shake until cheese form together in a nice ball

Add flavors to the cheese and serve with crackers

Suggestions:

Garlic and Italian seasonings
or
Jalapenos and pimentoes
or
pesto
or
be creative (but let me know what you have added to the cheese and how it turned out)
